Privacy Policy
This page describes the data I.A² Team (ia2team.ca) collects through its contact and meeting-request forms, and how it is used.
1. Data controller
I.A² Team — Canada market — ia2team.ca. Contact: contact@ia2team.com.
2. Data collected
- Identity and contact details: name, email address, phone number (if provided).
- Company: company name (if provided).
- Request content: subject / project type, message, and for a meeting: preferred date and time, timezone.
- Campaign data: visit source and UTM parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content) and the gclid advertising identifier, when present in the URL.
- Source page: the address of the page the request is sent from.
3. Purpose
This data is used only to handle your contact or meeting request and to get back to you. A meeting request is a request to be confirmed manually: no slot is reserved automatically.
4. Recipient
Information is shared internally within I.A² Team only, by email, to contact@ia2team.com. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
5. Retention and deletion
Requests received through our forms are kept for 24 months from the last exchange, then deleted from our mailboxes and any exports. You can request earlier deletion at any time (see "Your rights").
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your data by emailing contact@ia2team.com.
7. Legal information to be completed
The following items are not yet confirmed and will be specified: full legal company name, postal address, registration number, precise legal basis, and the contact details of a data protection officer if applicable. This page is not legal advice.
